This Privacy Policy explains how Wow Volosy FZ-LLC ("Wow Volosy", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data of clients and people who contact us, including through Instagram and WhatsApp.
1. Who we are

Wow Volosy is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
2. Data we collect
- Contact details: name, phone number, Instagram username, email if provided.
- Messages: the content and time of messages you send to our Instagram account @wowvolosy_dubai or our WhatsApp number, and our replies, including photos or files you share.
- Booking information: appointments, services, stylist, visit history and preferences recorded in our booking system.
- Marketing preferences: whether you agreed to receive offers and news from us.
We receive message data through the official Instagram and WhatsApp business platforms provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
3. How we use your data
- To answer your questions, book and manage your appointments.
- To send appointment reminders and service messages related to your bookings.
- To send offers and news on WhatsApp, only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To review the quality and speed of our customer service and to prioritise follow-ups. For this internal review we may use service providers, including AI-based analysis tools. These tools do not make decisions about you and do not reply to you on our behalf.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Service providers we use
We share data only with providers that help us run our services, under confidentiality obligations:
- Meta Platforms — Instagram and WhatsApp messaging.
- Our booking system provider (Altegio) — appointments and client records.
- Our technology contractor — hosting and maintenance of our internal client and messaging system.
- Anthropic PBC — AI analysis of conversations for internal quality review. Before analysis we remove names, phone numbers and email addresses where possible.
5. Where data is stored
Your data may be stored and processed outside the United Arab Emirates, including in France and in the countries where Meta, Altegio and Anthropic operate. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect your data.
6. How long we keep data
We keep conversations and client records for as long as you are our client and for up to 24 months after your last contact or visit, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Analysis results are kept for the same period.
7. Marketing messages
We send offers on WhatsApp only to clients who agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or by asking our administrator.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data (see our Data Deletion Instructions);
- stop using your data for marketing.

9. Our website
This website does not use its own cookies or analytics. It shows an embedded Google Map and our Instagram feed; Google and Instagram (Meta) may set their own cookies when these load. See the Google Privacy Policy and the Instagram Privacy Policy.
10. Security
We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections and restricted access for staff and contractors who need it for their work.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
