Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Wow Volosy FZ-LLC to delete the personal data we hold about you, including your Instagram and WhatsApp conversations with us and the analysis made from them.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@wowvolosy.site with the subject "Delete my data", or send the message "Delete my data" to our Instagram account @wowvolosy_dubai or WhatsApp +971 56 866 2828.
2. Include your Instagram username and/or phone number so we can find your records.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same account or number.

What happens next

• We delete your conversations, contact details and analysis results from our internal system within 30 days and confirm by reply.
• We remove you from all marketing lists.
• Some booking or payment records may be kept if the law requires it (for example, accounting rules). We will tell you if this applies.
• Messages remain in your own Instagram or WhatsApp app; you can delete them there yourself.
